AsureQuality COVID-19 Pandemic Plan Update

As COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve in New Zealand, AsureQuality is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our team and to ensure continuity of service for our customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Our main concern is the health and safety of our teams, customers, partners, and communities so we are following all guidelines and recommendations from the Ministry of Health.

Our next focus is minimising potential disruptions to our customers and partners, working with you to navigate various scenarios which may affect your business, along with respecting any policies you may be putting in place.

AsureQuality have well developed Business Continuity Plans (BCP) that have been reviewed and enacted by each of our operating business units, specifically for COVID-19, with close reference to the New Zealand Ministry of Health’s Pandemic Plan. These BCPs are primarily focused on ensuring we can continue to deliver critical services.

In addition, we are formally engaging with suppliers of our consumables and raw materials on a regular systematic basis to ensure we are holding higher stock levels where necessary, and have a clear forward view of critical supply.

Currently, we see no material impact on our ability to supply services to customers. We are continuously monitoring the situation as it evolves and will adjust our plans accordingly. We will be in direct communication if we believe there are material changes.
