The AsureQuality Organic Mark

Use of the AsureQuality Organic Certification Mark
Use of the AsureQuality Organic Certification Mark is subject to approval. Primary producer certification covers produce at the farm gate unless otherwise specified.
Processors, input suppliers, packers and marketers wishing to use the certification mark must request and complete the applicable licence agreement. All labels and advertising proofs must be submitted to AsureQuality for approval before printing or publication.
Ongoing obligations
Certified operators must continue to operate in accordance with their Organic Management Plan and the applicable organic standard or programme requirements. Operators must also make organic products and relevant records available for assessment, inspection and testing where required.
