LabConnect is our online portal that provides convenient access to our food, pharmaceutical and seed laboratory testing services, enabling you to register your own samples, view testing progress and access your test results.

• Use predefined product specifications to ensure that the correct testing parameters are applied for your samples, every time.
• Print all registration details and shipping address
• Easily identify results that are “out of specification”
• View expected result delivery timeframes
• View test progress and individual test results as soon as they are available
• Create and download interim result reports
• Download the Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• Search, filter, view, compare, visualise and download previous test results

Getting started with LabConnect

Once you have a username and password, visit LabConnect.co.nz on your web browser and sign in.

Navigating and using LabConnect is straightforward. There are informative user guides that you can view from the dashboard.
